("Wholeness Education," "we," "us," or "our") provides Learning for Wholeness™, Parenting for Wholeness™, and Teaching for Wholeness™ (together, the "Service") to youth, parents, educators, and the schools and districts that serve them. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you. It applies to our website, our pathway platforms, and any related communications.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

• Account information you or your school or district provides, such as name, email address, role (student, parent, or teacher), and institutional affiliation.
• Program activity such as module and level progress, assessment and baseline results, portfolio entries, and participation in cohorts or sessions.
• Communications you send us, including inquiries, feedback, and correspondence with our team.
• Technical information such as device type, browser, and general usage patterns on our website, collected automatically to keep the Service secure and working well.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Service, including to:

• Create and maintain accounts, and tie progress across levels to the right individual or Family Portfolio;
• Deliver pathway content, track developmental progress through the Wholeness Dashboard, and generate baselines, skill demonstrations, and portfolios;
• Communicate with learners, parents, educators, and institutional administrators about the Service;
• Maintain the security, integrity, and proper functioning of our platform; and
• Understand how our pathways are used so we can continue to improve them.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use student information for behavioral advertising. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• With the school, district, or program administrator responsible for an account, since accounts for Learning for Wholeness™ and Teaching for Wholeness™ are provisioned through an institution;
• With service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting and email delivery, under obligations to protect the information and use it only as we direct;
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Wholeness Education, our users, or others; and
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with the same protections described in this Policy carried forward.

5. Children's and Students' Privacy

Learning for Wholeness™ is designed for youth accessing the Service through their school, and we work with schools and districts as the responsible party for student accounts and consent, consistent with applicable student privacy laws. We collect only the information needed to deliver the pathway and track developmental progress, and we do not use student information for any purpose outside of providing the Service. Parents and school officials may contact us at any time with questions about a student's information.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses a limited set of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning properly and to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use it. We do not use these technologies to build advertising profiles of our users.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and program information for as long as an account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to support continuity of a learner's, parent's, or educator's record across levels. When a school, district, or individual asks us to delete information, or when it is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or de-identify it.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your role and location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your information, or to ask how it has been used and shared. Parents and school officials may make these requests on behalf of a student. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address below.

9. Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we continue to strengthen these protections as the Service grows.

10. International Users

Wholeness Education is based in the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, and processed in, the United States.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as the Service evolves. We will post the revised Policy here with a new effective date, and where changes are material, we will provide additional notice.
